Horst Frisch Incorporated provides independent, expert advice to clients facing complex economic issues involving transfer pricing and other tax issues, oil and gas pipeline regulation, and similar matters. It was established in 1988 by Thomas Horst. Daniel J. Frisch joined the firm in 1991. In subsequent years, Barbara L. Rollinson, R. William Morgan, T. Scott Newlon, Thomas E. Meyer and Lesley Cameron became Managing Directors.
