Bill Morgan joined Horst Frisch as an Associate in 1991 and became a Managing Director in 1998. During his many years with the firm, Morgan has advised a variety of clients on Advance Pricing Agreements, IRS audits, and section 6662 penalty documentation. He also has served as an expert adviser to the IRS on a range of transfer pricing issues. His areas of expertise include the valuation of tangible and intangible assets, financial statement analysis, and transfer pricing accounting issues. Prior to joining Horst Frisch, he was a valuation consultant with Ernst & Young where he developed royalty rates for licensing intangibles, valued real assets for purchase price allocation purposes, and assisted clients undergoing IRS audits or litigation.
